Possessing luxurious interiors and a good range of amenities, including a private tennis court, the Villa has an option to be rented as one 5-bedroom property, or together with the absolutely identical Villa next door – Baan Tawantok 2, providing in total sleeps for up to 20 guests. This feature makes the Estate perfect for large groups of friends, families and weddings.

Four of the bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) have modern tropical bathrooms, incorporating indoor/outdoor shower areas, and open into a covered terrace with all-weather seating. The fifth double master-suite occupies an individual pavilion, which includes a stylish en-suite bathroom with shower and a freestanding terrazzo bathtub, a lounging area and a practical office space.
- A separate pavilion, which houses a modern fitted kitchen, specious dining area, a comfortable TV lounge and a nice loft space, which can be used as a kid’s room.
- Infinity edged swimming pool facing the white-sandy beach, as well as a large pool terrace and a lounging/dining sala with romantic sea view.

Location
The Lipa Noi beach is located on the western coast of Koh Samui, being far away from busy tourist areas, so Villa guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of their tropical retreat, together with beautiful sunsets.
- Close to the Villa you can find local beach side restaurants and basic necessary infrastructure.
- In 8 minutes drive there is the island’s capital and port of Nathon, from where it’s possible to explore the nearby islands and the mainland.
- In 25 minutes drive are available large supermarkets Tesco Lotus and
- 40 minutes drive to the central tourist town of Chaweng, which offers best shopping on the island, spas, restaurants, night clubs and other entertainments.
