-Peak season: (15.12 to 31.01): 58.000 baht/week
-High season: (01.02 to 15.04 and 01.07 to 30.09): 48.000 baht/week
-Low season: (15.04 to 30.06 and 01.10 to 15.12) – 35000
-Pick up from the airport or the ferry is included.
-The cleaning is twice a week and the sheets are changed once a week
-Electricity is not included: 7baht per unit.
