- 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom – all fully air-conditioned and have ensuite indoor / outdoor bathrooms (two – with shower, three – with shower and bathtub). Three bedrooms have TV and all suites are provided with personal safes. One of the double bedrooms has a practical design, with a possibility to turn it into a family suit, able to accommodate parents with one or two children.

Location
The Lipa Noi beach, located on the western coast of Koh Samui, is one of the finest on the island with soft white sand, good swimming conditions and beautiful views of the famous Ang Thong Marine Park. The airport is 30 minutes away, large supermarkets are located within 25-30 minutes driving distance and in 40 minutes drive you can reach the central tourist town of Chaweng.
