This specious seaside Villa is represented by truly luxury pavilions with an antique Thai-style design, fully decorated with teak wood furnishing. Having a large private territory with a beautiful palm plantation, the Villa also provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and for children to play.
Living space
The Villa consists of two 3-bedroom houses, located separately from each other to provide the necessary comfort and privacy for guests.
Each of the two houses includes:
- 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms (incorporating shower and bathtub) + 1 kid’s room with a bunk bed for two children and it’s own shower room.
- An open-plan living space with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining TV lounge.
- An outdoor dining terrace.
At the rear of the main villa you can also find an old “Rice Barn”, dedicated to children of any age, with 4 bunk beds, a shower room, TV/DVD player, iPod dock, Nintendo Wii, toys, board games and other entertainments for kids.

Location
Ban Sairee is located on the southern coast of Koh Samui, around 35 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the popular tourist town of Lamai, with large supermarkets and various entertainments.
The Laem Sor beach is a very quiet place even in high tourist seasons, providing the needed privacy all year round. In the dry Summer, when the water level goes down, guests and their kids can also enjoy here all sorts of beach activities and sport games.
