Living space
The Villa offers 2 living units – one beachfront and one ocean view, located on a private estate. All together there are 8 private bedrooms on the property, with air conditioning, safes and en-suite bathrooms.
The beachfront unit incorporates:
- 4 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and safes. The first, Master bedroom, has a King size bed, a stunning view of the ocean and a luxurious bathroom with shower and bathtub, leading onto a private garden.
The second Master bedroom is built over 2 levels. There is an entertainment room on the lower floor and the sleeping area with King size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) on the upper floor.
Two more bedrooms (one with King size bed and one with twin beds) have their own shower en-suites and enjoy a garden view.

The ocean view unit incorporates:

Location
Villa Inasia is located on the western coast of Koh Samui, on the famous white sandy beach of Lipa Noi, which is regarded as one of the finest and most unspoilt beaches on the island with great view at the Angthong Marine Park and beautiful sunsets. The beach is providing excellent swimming and snorkelling conditions, and in low tide days it opens up to other activities, including beach sports games, romantic walks and becoming an ideal and safe place for the children to play.
- Not far away from the Villa you can find all basic infrastructure, as well as various beach side restaurants, including the world famous Nikki Beach club.
- In about 10 minutes drive there is the island’s capital and port of Nathon, from where it’s possible to explore the nearby islands and the mainland.
- In 25 minutes drive are available large supermarkets Tesco Lotus and
- 40 minutes drive to the central tourist town of Chaweng, which offers best shopping on the island, spas, restaurants, night clubs and other entertainments.
