Built 2017, set in 1000 metres of private garden, Pool villa “Serenity” is located in a very peaceful area on the south of the Island. This villa is close to 3 beautiful, natural beaches.
Our home has 4 en-suite bedrooms (Extra beds can be added).
A large living area equipped with big screen tv, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. It has its own cardio fitness room.
The outdoor pool is ideal for a swim.With a traditional sala to relax.
Ideal for families, friends and events.Based in its own private 1000 square metre garden villa “Baan Suaan Serenity” is a spacious 300 square metre two floor villa home. Ideally suited for families, friends, groups or simply people wishing to get away from the more busy touristic areas.
We fully service and clean the villa every day. Bedding and towels are changed every 3 days unless otherwise requested.
There are three bedrooms upstairs. All of which are ensuite. Two of the bathrooms come with both a bath and a shower. The third is a good size and comes with a good quality old fashioned rain type shower. The bedrooms have king size beds and an extra bed or cot can be placed in these bedrooms on request(please see room configuration for guidance).The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, and is also ensuite.
The living area is about 100 square metres. In soft pastel yellows and greens working in harmony with the tropical garden. This is open plan area has two large comfortable sofas for simply relaxing, or viewing the 55 inch flat screen tv. Which comes with Internet tv, having over 300 channels in English, French, German, Russian and Thai. There is also a dvd player with a large selection of dvds.
The three metre long dining table is set by the walk in windows that lead out to the main pool, sala, terrace and front garden. There is also a relaxing reading and games area.
We have an air-conditioned fitness room equipped with an electronic resistance bicycle, electric elliptical, lateral press an adjustable multi use bench and dumbells. There are also Yoga mats and we can arrange for yoga or fitness lessons if requested.At the rear of the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a central cooking isle. This kitchen is very modern and fully equipped having a large fridge freezer. Where you will find chilled complimentary water, some local beers(chargeable) as well as very chilled glasses. There is also a wine bar with a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary tea and ground coffee are offered(there is an espresso machine), these are replenished daily.
The rear of the house has a large terrace with a dining table as well as some comfortable seating overlooking the rear garden and our lotus pond. This area is a perfect breakfast point or good for simply relaxing over a drink in the evening.
The salt water pool is 8 metres long and from 1 metre to 1.8 metres deep.The large pool side terrace is ideal for sunbathing .There is an old traditional Thai style wooden sala(seats ten ) that can be used for welcome shade in the afternoon or also for an evenings relaxation by the pool.
The location is an ideal family hide-away as it is a very peaceful area very close to three beautiful,yet quiet beaches and the local village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has quite a few international restaurants and bars as well as the local Thai beach cafes. The area runs regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions as well as having a local mini-market and organic coffee shop
The whole villa and gardens will be for your private use. Only the pools control room will not be accessible
When staying at villa “Baan Suaan Serenity” we will be available to assist you with most of your needs. Upon arrival we will provide you with a smart phone with contact information and a direct contact line so you can get in touch with us anytime.We live less than five minutes from the villa.
We are a family and do like to sleep at night,though we will be contactable 24/7.
We are happy to help you with any requests ,trips or excursions. Both Neaw and Stephen have each worked in five star resorts(management) for the last 20 years.And we have lived and worked on the island for the last 10. Our knowledge of what to do and where to go on the island is extensive.
We also have good knowledge of organising and hosting special events. And we of course happy to help with event organisation(weddings etc) and logistics.Or we can simply give good tips if requested.

And of course if you just want to be left alone to enjoy the peaceful surrounds we will be happy to comply. We just want you to enjoy your stay.
As there are over 1000 square metres of gardens around the house and we need to maintain the pool our gardener will need access every few of days to water the grass and plants, do some pruning and to check the pool. However we will always ask your permission to enter first.
