Fully equipped “Thai Style” Villa located in Maenam with two detached bedrooms, kitchen, living-room, laundry, swimming-pool, internal parking, external Sala Thai lounge, sorrounded by a tropical garden.
Maenam’s beach is just 500 meters far from the Villa.
Accomodation: One double room with king size bed (for 2 adults) and a single room with standard bed (for 1 adult). A camp-bed for a child of 10 years old maximum is upon request into the double room.
Bedroom specification: air conditioning, minibar, safe box, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with separate shower.
Smoking is not permitted inside all the rooms of the villa.
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
Services included into rates: cleaning service of the Villa, (including pool & garden) 3 times a week, change of towels and bed linen once a week, water & electricity, private airport round transfers, wifi unlimited internet access, 24 hours security, and all local taxes.
Rates: High season USD 310 per night – Low season USD 275 per night.
Security deposit of USD 1’000.- to be paied in cash at guest’s check-in.
