Living space
- 10 sea view bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 children. All suites are air conditioned and offer a range of personalised amenities including TVs and iPad docking stations. Four of the bedrooms occupy the ground floor of the main living pavillion – all have large four-poster king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and open onto generous lounge areas. Next four double bedrooms are located in their own beachside bungalows and include a kitchenette, a study space and en-suite bathrooms with outdoor bathing areas, sunken tubs and waterfall showers. The next, master suite with a large double bed, features private indoor/outdoor lounge areas and an en-suite bathroom fitted with high-end amenities. The last suite is a kid’s bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower, perfect to accommodate up to 4 children.

Location
Villa Kalyana is located in its own secluded bay of Laem Sor beach, on Koh Samui’s idyllic southern shore. The place is about 40 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the popular tourist town of Lamai, with large supermarkets and various entertainments. Also within easy reach from the Villa is a number of island attractions, including waterfalls, elephant trekking centers and others.
Laem Sor is a beautiful and very quiet beach even in high tourist seasons, providing the needed privacy all year round. In the dry Summer, when the water level goes down, guests and their kids can also enjoy here all sorts of beach activities and sport games.
