Living space
- Baan Kilee can accommodate up to 20 guests together with children in 5 totally independent villas. There are 6 double bedrooms for adults and 2 mezzanines (for children/teenagers), as well as the possibility to turn some of the villa’s space into additional sleeping places. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are air-conditioned and equipped with personal safes and TV. 1st double bedroom has an adjoining self contained second room, which is possible to use as a children’s bedroom for up to 3 kids, or as a spa/massage room. 2nd double bedroom with two additional single beds in alcove can accommodate 2 adults with 2 children. 3rd double bedroom is located next to the 2nd bedroom and can be used either as a totally independent villa, or as an extension to the 2nd bedroom for larger families. 4th double bedroom has one extra bed for children in an alcove. 5th and 6th double bedrooms are designed with substantial mezzanines for children/teenagers, which are able to fit up to 8 persons.

Location
Baan Kilee is located on a quiet western Lipa Noi beach, which is one of the finest on the island, with soft white sand, good swimming conditions and beautiful views of the famous Ang Thong Marine Park. The airport is 30 minutes away, large supermarkets are located within 25-30 minutes driving distance and in 40 minutes drive you can reach the central tourist town of Chaweng.
