- 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms – two twin rooms in the main building, fitted with flat screen TV/DVD players, and two stand alone bedroom villas with double beds, flat screen TV/DVD players, mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Each of the villa’s bathrooms contains a sunken bathtub and indoor/outdoor shower.
- A spacious open-plan living area with TV, a dining area and a fully fitted western kitchen. *There is a water filtration system throughout the compound with secondary filter system in the kitchen for washing dishes.
- Additional outdoor kitchen, bar and barbecue.

Location
Baan Silavaree villa is part of the exclusive Santhikiri Estate, located on Koh Samui’s idyllic southwest coast – an area known for its pristine beaches, meditative views and beautiful sunsets. At the estate guests will have access to exotic communal tropical gardens, a common area swimming pool and a yoga sala.
About 5 minutes away from the Villa there is a quiet Laem Set beach, where you can enjoy it’s serene atmosphere and untouched tropical nature. In about 20 minutes drive you can reach the busy tourist town of Lamai and large supermarkets. There is the famous Nikki Beach club around 20 minutes’ drive to the north, and the Villa is also a short drive from the award-winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa Resort. Samui airport is located in 35 minutes driving distance.
